“I hope this is the beginning of a new day in the Senate. Whether this new day was created by the new Senator from Massachusetts or some other reason, I am very happy that we were able to get this vote. All around the world countries advertise their tourism, but we do not. In this great country of ours, we do not see anything on TV. All we see is money being spent by other countries having us go to their countries. We want to do the same in their countries. That is what this is all about.”
