I don't know how much is enough. Certain groups look at these farm programs, and there is nothing you can do to satisfy them. No matter what is done, it is not enough for them. Every time we do a farm bill, the editorial boards from around the country roll out the old editorials, they change a few lines and send out the same editorial they did before. This bill has reform in it. Could we have done more? Perhaps, but had we done more, we would not have gotten a bill. What did we get as a result of the compromises made? We got nutrition. What a wonderful thing. We got food stamps. For us in Nevada this is important.…”
