Madam President, I propounded this unanimous consent request: I would comment to my friend, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, this amendment he has suggested has bipartisan support. He has worked very hard on this. It is an amendment that we hope sometime the content of which can be fully brought before the American people because it is something that is bipartisan and timely. I would hope we can get consent to include his amendment. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The minority leader. Mr. McCONNELL. I object to the Leahy request. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard. Is there any remaining objection to the request of the leader?
