The Chair lays before the Senate a message from the House which, the clerk will report. The legislative clerk read as follows: Resolved, that the bill from the Senate (S. 627) entitled ``An Act to establish the Commission on Freedom of Information Act Processing Delays'' do pass with an amendment.
