It is a bipartisan amendment he has worked on for a significant period of time, and we look forward to this amendment. Hopefully, we can work our way through some of these contentious amendments tomorrow. It is something we need to do, and we are going to work as hard as we can. There are strong feelings on each side. Everyone has worked in good faith.”
