The first two amendments we will go to on this bill, according to the two managers, are the amendments by Harkin and Cruz. If Senator Harkin is not available immediately, then Senator Cruz can do it. These are the first two amendments, and I ask that both of them come to the floor at the earliest possible time. In fact, soon.
