tonight, I filed cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 782, the Economic Development Act. I hope it is not necessary that we vote to invoke cloture on this matter on Wednesday, and I hope we can get to it tomorrow. If we cannot move to it under consent, then we will have the cloture vote Wednesday morning. ____________________
