Mr. President, the Senate is now considering the motion to proceed to the Stop Student Loan Interest Rate Hike Act. The time until noon will be divided between the two parties, with the majority controlling the first 30 minutes and the Republicans controlling the second 30 minutes. Following that vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for our weekly caucus meetings. ____________________
