I think the two managers of this bill have been fair in doing their best to list these amendments and have an orderly process to dispose of them. Not in this tranche, but maybe the next, I hope the two managers will consider having part of a unanimous consent agreement that--everyone has been here on time--if someone is not here to offer their amendment, I am not sure we should hang around and wait for them.
