I am in a moment going to note the absence of a quorum. There will be no speeches until the Republican leader and I have a chance to visit and determine what we are going to do this morning. We expect a vote fairly quickly. We will do the best we can. We are waiting for a message from the House. At this time, I suggest the absence of a quorum. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore.
