Mr. President, following any leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to concur in the House message to accompany S. 627, which is the legislative vehicle for the debt limit increase. The Senate will recess from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. When the Senate reconvenes at 12:30, the time until 2 p.m. will be equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees. The Senate expects to vote on the compromise we have reached, hopefully, during today's session. When the vote is scheduled, Senators will be notified. ____________________
