I wish to say, before I turn to my prepared remarks, I too have the greatest admiration for Admiral McConnell, but I have to say, I am concerned that we have Admiral McConnell here checking on us. I mean, he should not be--``do you want to go ask him how he feels about this legislation?'' I can't appreciate that. I think it is wrong that this man whom we put in this very important position is here roaming the halls finding out how we are going to vote, sending Senators out to find out how he feels about it?
