The tobacco companies addict our children. Mr. President, 3,000 children a day are addicted to tobacco. It is not something they can just stop when they turn 19, something they can stop when they turn 32. They are addicted to a substance that causes them to want this product. They pay huge amounts for it. Why? Because they are addicted to it. They are addicted--when? They are addicted, 90 percent of them, when they are teenagers.”
