I have here from the Joint Committee on Taxation, ``Estimated Revenue Effects of Modification to the Chairman's Mark of the Marriage Tax Relief Act of 2000.'' This we received from the Joint Committee. It says the net total impact of this tax over a 10-year period is $247.8 billion.
