I want to express how much I appreciate the attitude and demonstration of bipartisanship shown by Senator Kennedy and Senator Enzi. I have said before they are an example of how people with different political philosophies can do things constructive in nature to get us to a point where we are today. They are both outstanding legislators, and they are very fine individuals, as indicated by their ability to get along on the most contentious issues. A person does not have to be disagreeable to disagree. And these two gentlemen certainly epitomize, in my estimation, how we should all work together in spite of our political differences, to work toward a common good to do things that are good for the American people. So, Senator Enzi, who is here, thank you very much. Senator Kennedy, who is not here, I appreciate very much his work.
