I know we need to move on. I want to briefly say we are following the rules. We believe in following the rules, not breaking the rules. And while it is good to talk about this up-or-down vote, the fact is if we move forward as contemplated by the majority, it is moving toward breaking the rules to change the rules. That is improper. It will change the Senate forever and that is not good.

Let ‘em do it. Why in the world would we care? We were trying to protect everybody.
