We believe, on this side on the substantive issues, everybody is almost there. It appears the only difference we have is with the dollar numbers. The motion to proceed will be agreed to overwhelmingly anyway. It seems to me it will set the wrong tone for this important legislation if we have to go to it by a cloture motion having been filed.
