However, I would say let us switch the burden. If in fact there is something wrong with this amendment--which I do not think there is; I think it has been clearly illustrated why it would help the business community of America and not help any one person that wants to file bankruptcy--let the Bankruptcy Review Commission look at this amendment after it passes rather than reversing it, and saying let us see if there is a better way can we do it. This is the best way to stop serial filings. Right now there is no way to stop serial filings. This would stop it.
