Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business until 5:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each and with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees; and that at 5:30 p.m. the Senate resume consideration of the motion to concur with respect to S. 1086 and vote on the motion, as provided for under the previous order. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
