In the last few minutes of the Senator's statement today, he talked about this legislation being historic. This will give the opportunity to vote to people who have never had the opportunity to vote. It will cause people to go to the voting booth who will no longer feel demeaned because they cannot hear or see or they have some other handicap. They will be able to vote now.…”
