Is it also true that one of the movers of the underlying bill has been the Senator from Oregon, Senator Wyden? Hasn't he been one that has been speaking out all across the country in the State of Oregon on the importance of Ed-Flex? I say to the Senator from Massachusetts, does it appear, based on that alone, when one of the prime movers of the Ed-Flex bill is a Democratic Senator from the State of Oregon, that we are trying to kill the bill?
