Harry Reid said "I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 31; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate proceed to consideration of H.R. 325 under the previous order; further, that following the first vote in relation to the debt limit legislation, the Senate recess until 2:15 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
