Senator Levin has consulted with John McCain in regard to this matter. Senator McCain knew this was going to happen. That is what the chairman of the committee told me, and Senator Levin has never misled me ever. Again, it is obvious the bill is being held up. So I am not surprised. This has been going on for 6 months.
