The text of the amendment is as follows: Strike section 3102, and insert the following new section: SEC. 3102. FUNDING FOR MARKET ACCESS PROGRAM. Section 211(c)(1)(A) of the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 (7 U.S.C. 5641(c)(1)(A)) is amended by striking ``and $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2012'' and inserting ``$200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013, $185,000,000 for fiscal year 2014, $180,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2017, and $175,000,000 for fiscal year 2018''. At the end of subtitle C of title IV, insert the following: SEC. 4208. HUNGER-FREE COMMUNITIES.
