I thank the gentleman for yielding. I want to say, very simply, that we shortchange our veterans if we don't give them the opportunity to have every possible medical treatment that is out there. We know that certain States have legalized medical marijuana. In those States, our veterans deserve to have that as on option. To shortchange them would just be unconscionable, and I urge a ``yes'' vote.
