Based on what we've heard here today, it is evident to me that the VA and the Obama administration have failed our veterans, small business owners, and American taxpayer.

I believe these misguided policy changes are a threat to small businesses and need to be reconsidered.

Owning your own business and being your own boss is part of an American dream.
