I ask unanimous consent that the text of my motion to commit be printed in the Record. There being no objection, the material was ordered to be printed in the Record, as follows: Motion to Commit With Instructions Ms. Cortez Masto moves to commit the bill H.R. 1 to the Committee on Finance with instructions to report the same back to the Senate in 3 days, not counting any day on which the Senate is not in session, with changes that-- (1) are within the jurisdiction of such committee; (2) strike provisions in the bill that would harm individuals ages 50 and older by reducing their access to affordable health care or limiting coverage or benefits in the private health insurance market; and (3) strike provisions in the bill that would increase taxes for individuals ages 50 and older from the date of the enactment of the bill until 2037.
