Isn't it fair to say that because of this the proliferation of human trafficking across the Country, we should be opening the door to some extent to the CDA that Mrs. McCain talked about, allowing our local DAs and State attorneys to come in and really look at those cases where there is Backpage and these kids and young adults being sold online and not leave it just to the U.S. Attorneys to prosecute those types of cases but have the DAs and Attorneys General be able to prosecute those as well?
