I am going to ask both Dr. Hsu and Dr. Birol--you know, part of the conversation that I think is important for the Paris Agreement is not whether there is enforcement, not whether we can ensure their carbon reduction, it is the fact that we are trying to achieve a goal here and incentivizing all of our states, all of our private sector, all of our government to work together to go down the path toward this clean energy and develop this new technology because this will create jobs, this will give us an economic advantage, and other countries will want to understand it as well or possibly be able to engage in that.
