The agency would welcome an opportunity to work with you, along with our colleagues in the CNMI and other Pacific communities to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
We also took into account administrative directives to prioritize the hardest to serve areas in rural America.
If I get to do this work I hope to get to work closely with you to identify those challenges and to make sure that rural communities are able to communicate and use broadband at a speed so that they can compete on a fair level.
