let me be perfectly candid. A corrections day implies a mistake. This is not a mistake. This is policy change. Would the gentleman explain to me where the mistake occurred? If we pass a piece of legislation, it is to advance a policy. The implication is, and the gentleman knows, that a Corrections Day Calendar is to correct a mistake. Where is a mistake in this legislation?
