Do you know if the technology that the TSA is using was tested on enough people of different genders and ethnicities so that it does not have the inherent bias that many of these technologies have?

Mr. Webre, the FCC issued guidance in 2012 about tribal engagement. The GAO reports that that guidance is now stale.
