I wanted to talk about the 100-day period and talk a little bit about budget priorities. It seems to me that, as President, one puts in one's budget the thing that one cares about, and one cuts the things that one does not care about. Looking at a budget is a real test of where the country is going to head under this President. So I think the budget speaks louder than words more than anything. I think one can have a lot of talk and one can have action, but the budget reflects where one wants to take the country. That is where I think this budget that has just come out, and by the way, I think it is very interesting that we had all of these votes on tax cuts and overall budget resolutions without ever seeing a budget. I mean, that is the most devastating thing is to not even be able to see a budget before one votes on the revenue side of the picture.
