I know this is an issue that is close to his heart. I served with his father in the House, and I know he was very passionate on this issue. I was over in the House of Representatives, serving with the father of the Senator from Kentucky, and I remember well what happened on 9/11 when the planes went into the Twin Towers in New York, and then shortly after a plane was coming into the Pentagon in Washington, and how we were all horrified at this incident and what had happened.…”
