I know at least in New Mexico, where Terry Bruner has been working hard to present development opportunities and programs to the Tribes and been working closely with them, there have been some real successes out there.

I don't think there is anything more important in Indian Country than getting Indian Country connected to the rest of society and the world.
This is one where the industry controls the data, and has all the power. And when tribes do challenge the data, it is costly, it is time-consuming, and Indian Tribes don't often win.
I do think that one thing that is really great about that Act is that it gave rulemaking authority to the Federal Trade Commission.
