as the majority has stated, this noncontroversial bill makes technical amendments to a variety of laws relating to Native Americans and Alaska Natives. The House passed H.R. 3351 last year on the suspension calendar, and the legislation now before us reflects changes made by the Senate. I urge all of our colleagues to support passage of H.R. 3351. Mr. Speaker, having no further requests for time, I yield back the balance of my time.
