Mr. Speaker, this bill is a great example of bipartisanship, and it is the way that we should work with each other. We have two freshmen Members here, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Hoeffel) and the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Sherwood), who have worked diligently on this bill. We also have the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Holden) who has participated and been a part of this. I would just say that this is a good example of us working together. I congratulate all of the parties, including the gentleman from California (Mr. George Miller), for I know of his very hard work on this bill.
