Madam President, I applaud Senator Durbin for his comments on the fair-shot agenda and on an affordable college education for all of our kids. It is something parents and families and people in New Mexico talk to me about all the time. I want to join the Senator in his comments and say, let's get this done. Let's see if we can get Republicans to work with us in a bipartisan way. I applaud the Senator's speech. ____________________
