It is an honor and a pleasure to meet with all of you again.

In the 116th Congress, Senator Tom Udall introduced S. 886, the Indian Water Rights Settlement Extension Act which proposed to permanently extend the RWSF.

The truth is the White House is actively undermining Tribal sovereignty across the country and mishandling a once-in-a-century pandemic that is disproportionately hurting Native communities.

If confirmed, I will continue to work closely with our international organization partners on the ground and the Costa Rican Government to build capacity and provide protection.
