“I rise to speak in support of the Interior Department appropriations bill, which the Senate is currently debating. Before Senator Murkowski leaves the floor, I want to thank her so much. It has been such a pleasure working with her on this and doing it in a bipartisan way, and I am going to talk a little bit about the historic nature of this; that we have accomplished something that hasn't been done in 10 years. This is something I think we are both very proud of and that I think the Appropriations Committee members are very proud of.
