Mr. Speaker, let me just thank the chairman of the committee, the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Manzullo), once again. I want to echo what has been said earlier, that we have one of the most bipartisan committees in the Congress, and I know because of all of the chairman's hard work we have gotten this bill through and gotten this done. Members from both parties talked about visiting my district and learning from those experiences out there, and I think one of the things they learned is that we can make a real difference for Native American entrepreneurs with this piece of legislation. So let me once again just thank the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Manzullo) for all of his hard work.
