I would tell my Republican colleagues not to lecture us about waste, fraud, and abuse when they refuse to monitor anti-abortion clinics and when they stay silent when Trump pardons over 44 people convicted of fraud. That is a conviction of fraud, not just a suggestion. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to oppose this rule.
