I thank the gentlewoman so much for her words. I do think it is important to remember what it actually means for a family. In New Mexico, the average cost of infant care is $8,617. That makes New Mexico one of 33 States and D.C. where infant care is more expensive than college. The Build Back Better plan will limit that to 7 percent of your income. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from New Jersey (Mrs. Watson Coleman) on Build Back Better and what we have been fighting for and why we must get this done.
