What we are seeing is Iran is reliant on China and Russia is reliant on Iran.'' We cannot waste another day of precious floor time instead of getting directly to passing the bipartisan security bill that would actually hurt Iran. The Senate sent us the security bill 63 days ago. Twenty-two Senate Republicans voted for that bill. That is as bipartisan as you will ever get in the Senate.
