I thank Representative Issa for that great summary of the importance of this land to the Pala Band, and the fact that we will actually probably see some economic benefit because they know how to be good stewards of the land. They know what they are going to be doing with the land, rather than letting it sit in the condition it does now. Madam Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support the legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.
