I appreciate our federal partners for taking this threat seriously and for doing their part in supporting the responders who are working their hardest to protect the community.

These indiscriminate, unjust, unconstitutional deportation efforts — while we have not been a target state — both parties are unhappy.

The Constitution says states run their elections, and that bill makes that painfully clear to the federal government.
