New Mexicans have been clear: They do not want unregulated data centers in New Mexico stealing our water, stealing our land, polluting our air and abusing our communities.

We are calling for an immediate inquiry into the long-term usage of water by Project Jupiter and believe that this state needs to do its due diligence before this project continues to proceed.

Until the United States has a healthcare system where every single person has access to care, we’re going to continue to fight every day to make sure that New Mexico is leading the way, and I’m confident we’ll get there.

They’re operating without actually going through the process of determining whether or not that well is adversely affecting others in the region.
