I want to just take a moment here at the beginning to note that we attempted to invite several witnesses on our side of the aisle, but because of the behavior of some of the Members who are not present here this morning towards witnesses in the last hearing and previous hearings, people don't want to participate in this setting because of the lack of respect and the partisanship that has been shown in what should be a bipartisan oversight committee.
