New Mexicans have been clear: They do not want unregulated data centers in New Mexico stealing our water, stealing our land, polluting our air and abusing our communities.

If an individual — regardless of if they are in law enforcement or not — did so, they must be held accountable.

We are calling for an immediate inquiry into the long-term usage of water by Project Jupiter and believe that this state needs to do its due diligence before this project continues to proceed.
