Mr. President, I say to my colleague from Oregon, his leadership, along with Senator Crapo, on this firefighting budgeting and fire borrowing issue--that is really what it is--is critical to all of us in Western States. Every single one of us has seen communities touched by these catastrophic wildfires as our climate is changing and we see fires get bigger and bigger. But we have solutions, and the solutions are bipartisan and common sense. I can only hope that we are able to move quickly to make these budget changes. They will make a real difference for all of us up and down in the Intermountain West. Border Crisis
